The Foundation does not store complete debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, internet banking passwords, or similar payment credentials.

The Foundation accepts online donations through Razorpay.

When a donation is made, the donor's payment information is securely processed by Razorpay using industry-standard security measures.

The Foundation receives only the information necessary to record the donation, issue receipts, maintain statutory records, respond to donor enquiries, and comply with applicable legal and accounting requirements.

The Foundation does not collect or retain complete payment card details or banking credentials.

8. Disclosure of Information

The Foundation does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or commercially exploit personal information.

Personal information may be disclosed only where necessary:

  • To process donations through Razorpay.
  • To comply with applicable laws or lawful directions from competent authorities.
